Fitness Classes

At Cookridge Hall Health and Fitness we run over 80 classes every week, in the main studio, the spin studio, the pool and we also have a variety of gym based classes.

We offer everything from aerobics, pilates, zumba, and spin to and many more. We offer classes for people of all ages including children so if you want to get involved and meet new people book online or at reception.

Why not try our new Body Combat classes, this is a high intensity martial arts inspired cardio class. You can burn up to 737 calories in just one session ! There are be 6 Body Pump classes each week.

If you are looking for a high intensitiy workout try Insanity on a Thursday evening and a NEW class at 8.30 on a Saturday morning!

If you don’t like studio classes we offer a wide range of classes in the gym, including boxercise, circuits, Hot Abs, TRX and Kettlebell classes.

We also offer more classes at the weekends.

We have recently added a number of new kids and teen classes offering 10 classes a week, all except karate are included in your membership. If you take out a full time membership you will get access to an extra 31 classes and 10 kids classes in comparison to the off peak timings.
