We want you to get the most out of your gym membership with us and really see results. It might be that you are training for a particular event such as a marathon or that you are looking to tone up and loose some weight, we want to do our best to help you hit your goals.

For all our members we offer the On Track programme, you may have your initial appointment when you first join the club but if you feel you need that extra push we offer the service to all our members and it is included in your membership.

There are so many classes on offer at Cookridge Hall that it can sometimes be confusing to know which is the right one for you. We offer Les Mills classes that can be a great benefit to those members that enjoy Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Step and Body Balance.
